A full facelift is the most comprehensive surgical approach to facial aging. In a single procedure, Dr. Apostolakis addresses the brow and forehead, mid-face and cheeks, jowls and jawline, and the neck — restoring your facial profile from top to bottom.
Unlike a lower facelift — which focuses on the mid-face, jowls, and neck — the full facelift also lifts and repositions the brow and forehead. If you have noticed brow descent, forehead creasing, or upper-eye heaviness from a dropped brow, the full facelift is the more complete solution.

The neck lift component tightens the platysma muscle (platysmaplasty), removes excess neck skin, and restores a clean, defined chin-to-neck angle. For patients with visible neck bands — sometimes called ‘turkey neck’ — platysmaplasty corrects this directly by reapproximating the separated muscle edges in the midline, creating long-lasting internal support.
A neck lift is not available as a standalone procedure for patients with skin laxity or banding. In those cases, the structural support of a facelift is needed for a balanced, lasting result.
