What is a facelift and neck lift?
A facelift (rhytidectomy) tightens and repositions lax tissues of the lower face and jawline, while a neck lift refines bands, excess skin, and fullness under the chin. Together they restore a smoother jawline and more defined neck with natural, age-appropriate results.
Who is a good candidate?
Healthy adults with jowling, loose neck skin, or banding who want durable improvement and have realistic expectations. Non-smokers (or willing to stop) with time for recovery are ideal candidates.
What concerns can a facelift/neck lift address?

How long do results last?
Results are long-lasting—often many years. Aging continues naturally, but the clock is effectively turned back; you should continue to look better than if you had not had surgery.
What are the risks or trade-offs?
Risks include bleeding/hematoma, infection, nerve injury (usually temporary), asymmetry, scarring or hairline changes, contour irregularity, and need for revision. Careful planning and aftercare minimize risks.
Can a facelift be combined with other procedures?
